Application for membership

The Consortium welcomes new members. Please complete the on-line membership form if you are interested in joining us. Alternatively, a downloadable form in MSWord format is available here. Please complete it off-line and fax (+852 2789- 1170) it to us and then return the completed form with payment to: HK Web Symposium Consortium Ltd., c/o A06700,CRIDAL,OUHK, 30 Good Shepherd Street, Homantin Hong Kong. Please note that we do not normally issue invoices unless specifically requested.

Renewal of membership

If you are already a member and wish to renew your membership, please complete the on-line renewal form.

Benefits

• You have a vote in meetings.
• You can stand for council membership.
• You can put yourself forward to be on the annual symposium organizing committee
• You will be on the mailing list of the annual Symposium , seminars, workshops, etc. organized by the Consortium or its associated organizations.
• You can participate in any of the organised events either free or at a reduced fee
• You can promote your own organization or your work on the Consortium website.
• Corporate members can have an exhibition stand during the annual symposium at a reduced rate

Categories and fees applicable

• Ordinary member ($100 per annum)
• Corporate member ($1,000 per annum)
• Student member (free for enrolled, full-time-only students)

Membership period

The period of membership co-incides with the calendar year. We strongly recommend that individuals or companies interested in joining the Consortium take up a two-year membership to reduce administrative overheads (e.g. for sending out reminders etc).
