Student membership is only for enrolled full-time students, and applicants must give the name of the institution they are enrolled in using the 'Affiliation' field and complete the asterisked items. A letter from the relevant institutional authority certifying the student's full-time status should also be sent to the Secretary, Mrs. Angela Castro (see Consortium letterhead above) before the renewal of membership will be accepted.

Category of membership

(The period of membership co-incides with the calendar year. It is strongly recommended that a two year membership be taken up to reduce administrative overheads).

Notes:

  1. Further instructions on method of payment chosen will be provided after you have submitted and confirmed your application.
  2. In the case of Corporate membership, the head of the organisation must be the applicant and he/she has the option of nominating a representative and delegating all membership rights to him/her, including voting at general meetings.
  3. Corporate membership will entitle the head to a free registration at the annual symposium and the nomination of ten staff members to register in all symposium activities at the membership rate applicable, if a fee is charged.
